Letting that passion shine through.

One thing that is often quite clear to anyone who knows me well and that is my passion for what I do.

Whether this is ensuring that all children have their needs met or talking about subjects I know well. I do sometimes think that maybe I should not always be as passionate about the things that I love.

A lot of the passion I have stems from the things that I have been through and wanting to ensure that all children are given the best chances in life and not leaving any child behind. All children have potential to do well and with support will always achieve what is best for them.

Although part of me thinks sometimes I should be less passionate but if I suddenly became less passionate I would not be me and I would not feel that I was doing the best by those I work with.

So always love what you do and let your passion shine through. No matter what someone will always be thankful for they passion.

  1. I’ve also thought sometimes that reining in my passion a little bit might not be a bad idea. Overall, I think my passion is a good thing, but there are times when I could have been more effective if I had toned it down a little.

    1. I definitely feel this way a lot, especially when somebody may not have the same passion that I do and think I am being bossy. This is especially difficult when it could be an area where I have a lot of knowledge and others may not have that knowledge
