When your just feeling a bit off.

I want to begin by saying I don’t think I’ve slipped back into depression but I am feeling a bit off at the moment.

Mentally I’m still having up and down days and at the moment I’m a little bit down. I think it’s more to do with the end of term and the long stretch of summer in front of me. I know that I need the break and the rest. I still keep getting that feeling that I am not good enough at what I do and soon I am going to be told that I am not good enough and am not needed any more. I have that feeling a lot as it is but towards the end of term it always gets worse.

On a different note I am hoping to know by the end of the week whether I have passed this year at uni and I think that might be adding to that worried feeling. I know that this feeling will pass and I just need to ride out the storm.
